All Kodiak Power Equipment products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service, for a period of one year from the date of purchase, when operated and maintained in accordance with the Maintenance and Operation instructions supplied with the unit. The warranty does not cover misuse or negligence.
